If you require a hassle free, no fuss, professionally produced Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) quickly then you are in the right place.

An EPC for a one or two bedroom property is only £50:00, for three only £60:00, for four or five bedrooms £75:00 and six, seven or eight, £110:00. If you require re-assessment after carrying out recommendations made in one of our original surveys, we will deduct £10:00 from our price list if within one month of that survey.

All prices are for work carried out Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and are fully inclusive of VAT. For out of hours and weekend rates, please contact us.

If your property is inside the London Congestion Charge zone whilst active, please add £10.00 to the prices quoted above.

Our aim is to provide a service to local councils, housing associations, other home providers and individuals to suggest methods and actions, via a domestic energy assessment that, if implemented, will decrease energy bills for tenants whilst at the same time reducing the amount of CO2 released in to the atmosphere and therefore shrinking our carbon footprint to help slow down climate change.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) have been introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

If you are buying or selling a home you need an EPC by law.

All buildings, whenever they are built, sold or rented out, require one. The EPC provides 'A' to 'G' ratings for the building, with 'A' being the most energy efficient and 'G' being the least, with the average to date being 'D'.

All our assessors are professional and fully accredited, most with 'Heating & Ventilation Certification Associates Limited' (HVCA), some with other accrediting agencies, and all are registered with the 'Awarding Body of the Built Environment' (ABBE). All have personnel identification that can be checked before access to any property. They will produce a full EPC alongside an associated report which suggests improvements to make a building more energy efficient.
