If you require a hassle free, no fuss, professionally produced Energy Performance
Certificate (EPC) quickly then you are in the right place.
An EPC for a one or two bedroom property is only
£50:00, for three or four bedrooms, £60:00, others upon request. If
you require re-assessment after carrying out recommendations made in one of our original surveys, we will deduct £30:00 from our price list if within one month of that survey.
If your property is inside the London Congestion Charge zone whilst active, please add £8.00 to the
prices quoted above.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) have been introduced to help improve the energy efficiency
of buildings.
If you are buying or selling a home you need an EPC by law.
All buildings, whenever they are
built, sold or rented out, require one.
All our assessors are professional and fully accredited, most with 'Heating
& Ventilation Certification Associates Limited' (HVCA), some with other accrediting agencies, and all are registered with
the 'Awarding Body of the Built Environment' (ABBE). All have personnel identification that can be checked before access to
any property. They EPC includes an associated report which suggests improvements to make a building more energy
efficient.
