An EPC for a one or two bedroom property is only £55:00,
for three or four bedrooms, £65:00, others upon request. If you require re-assessment after carrying out recommendations
made in one of our original surveys, we will deduct £30:00 from our price list if within one month of that survey.
If your property is inside
the London Congestion Charge zone whilst active, please add £8.00 to the prices quoted above.
Remember, this
is what you pay, no hidden extras or VAT!
We offer a bespoke service to customers primarily in the west London / south-west
London / Middlesex / Surrey / Berkshire areas who require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Our prices are competitive
but where we excel is in customer service and satisfaction. Our goal is to have your EPC in your possession within 48 hours
of the survey, more often than not on the day of your order. We also offer as an additional service a professional floor plan
of your property.
