An EPC for a marketed studio or
one bedroom property is only £55:00, for two bedrooms £60:00,
for three or four bedrooms, £65:00 and five, £75:00,
others upon request. If you require re-assessment after carrying out recommendations made in one of our original surveys,
we will deduct £30:00 from our price list if within three months of that survey.
If your property is inside the London Congestion Charge zone whilst active, please add £10:00 to the prices quoted above.
We offer
a bespoke service to customers primarily in the west London / south-west London / Middlesex / Surrey / Berkshire areas. Our
prices are competitive but where we excel is in customer service and satisfaction. Our goal is to supply your documents within 48 hours of the survey, more often than not on the day of your order.
