An EPC for a one or two bedroom property is only £55:00, for
three or four bedrooms, £65:00, others upon request. If you require re-assessment
after carrying out recommendations made in one of our original surveys, we will deduct £30:00
from our price list if within one month of that survey.
If your property
is inside the London Congestion Charge zone whilst active, please add £8.00 to the prices quoted above.
